Refund Policy

At Ishanvi Traders, we deal in construction materials and related services. All payments made through our website or payment gateway are subject to the following refund terms.

1. Order Confirmation:
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it is considered confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or before material procurement begins. Once the material is procured or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
• Payment deducted but order not processed
• Duplicate payment
• Order cancelled by company due to unavailability of material

4. Non-Refundable Cases:
No refund will be provided in the following situations:
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Delays due to external factors (transport, weather, supplier delay)
• Custom or special ordered materials

5. Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
